Heute mal ein schnelles Gericht mit Bulgur ?
150 g Bulgur
3 Eier
200 g Feta
Gewürze
Den Bulgur waschen und etwa 7 Minuten bei niedriger Hitze köcheln lassen. Anschließend mit den Eiern anbraten und würzen.
Zu guter Letzt den Feta darüber und fertig ist der Spaß.
Zeitaufwand: Maximal 10 Minuten
